Add a bunch of improvements to bin/johnson. All of these can be specified
multiple times.
-I [DIRECTORY]
Adds DIRECTORY to the Ruby load path.
-i [FILE]
Pre-evaluate FILE before going into interactive mode.
-e [EXPRESSION]
Evaluate EXPRESSION and exit.
