I can't install johnson as a gem.

This is because we've moved the stuff that builds vendor/spidermonkey out of extconf.rb. It was there because SM needs to get built along with the extension on gem install. I'll look at reworking things this weekend, but I'll assign this to Matthew for guilt purposes first. ;)
